UPCOMING RACE

 

 

NEXT EVENT:  Lost In Lodi Enduro, Shade, Ohio.

SPECIAL NOTE:  Due to a previously scheduled event at the Community Center, parking will be EXTREMELY LIMITED on Saturday until after 5 pm.  Please wait to arrive after that time if you are coming Saturday.  If you arrive early, you may be asked to leave and come back when parking is available.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

There will be a Vintage Class (1983 and older, drum brakes, air-cooled) and Women's Class with prizes!!  Prizes handed out through fourth place in each class.

Pro Riders -- Per ACES' rule update -- each Pro Rider will have their number held plus one more spot for a buddy to ride on.  Once LiveLaps signups open, the Pro Rider and their buddy should both sign up using LiveLaps.  The Pro Rider must then contact either Kory at ACES or Krissy (email or text 740-591-8490) to let us know what number you pulled on LiveLaps.  The Pro and one buddy will be moved to the correct Pro row.  This information MUST be received no later than Wednesday, April 12.  If the Pro Rider has not contacted us, those row numbers will be released for general signups on Sunday morning.

PHYSICAL DIRECTIONS

You can pick up your race packet or do your signup onsite at the Richland Area Volunteer Fire Department located in Shade, Ohio, at the Shade Community Center.  The physical address is 2280 East Street, Shade, Ohio  45776.  The race start is also at this same location.

 

KEY TIME

10:00 a.m.  This is a traditional timekeeper race, no transponders are needed.

 

RULES and AMA MEMBERSHIP

Riders must be 16 years of age or older and possess valid driver's license.  This is an AMA-sanctioned event so bring your AMA membership card.  Membership can be purchased the day of the event ($49 for annual membership or $20 for one event only).  Free to spectators.  All proceeds benefit the Richland Area Volunteer Fire Department and the Shade Community. There is ABSOLUTELY NO PIT RIDING allowed.  

Tech-Inspection -- Portions of our enduro cross and/or use state, county, and township roads.  All bikes are expected to have headlight, tail light, and license plate.  Ultimately, it is the rider's responsibility to follow applicable laws.  All bikes are subject to AMA Sound Test standards

Protest period will start after scores are entered and will last for 30 minutes.  This is the ONLY opportunity to contest scores.  Scores will not be changed or updated after the Protest period is complete.  No exceptions!

SIGN-UP

Riders may sign-up online at LiveLapsLiveLaps registration is set to open up Monday, March 20th at 8 pm.  LiveLaps will stay open until April 9.

Entry fee on LiveLaps will be $72 for points classes and $62 for non-points classes (sportsman and vintage).  Entry fee at traditional signup onsite the weekend of the race will be $75 for points classes and $65 for non-points classes.

 

Riders doing LiveLaps registration will get first pick of rows.  There will be NO REFUNDS and NO NUMBER SWAPPING after you've signed up -- No Exceptions!  Riders can still do traditional signups (and can pick up their race packets if they did Live Laps) on Saturday evening from 5 pm to 7 pm or Sunday morning from 7 am to 9:30 am.  If you are doing onsite signup and want to save time, you can print out the ACES Entry Form ahead of time, complete it, and bring it with you!!  

GAS STOPS

There will be a gas available stop and riders may bring a gas can for the gas trailer.  Please make sure your gas can is labeled with your name.  Every year, we have cans left and it is hard to identify who to get them back to!

 

CAMPING

Camping is available first-come, first-serve.  All sites are primitive - no electric or water service available.  No ground fires allowed.  Please note that there is an event at the Shade Community Center on Saturday  until 5 pm.  Parking will be limited and camping will be restricted until after 5 pm that day.

FOOD

There will be a food truck at the Firehouse on Saturday afternoon and a concession stand running throughout the day on Sunday.  The Lodi General Store just down the street will also be open throughout the weekend and serves food. 

WORKER POINTS

We'd love to have you come help us with our race!  For those riders who wish to get Worker Points, you must put in at least 12 hours helping the club plan out the race and work on trails or other activities prior to race day.  On race day, you must help with checks or other needs (meaning you won't be able to ride our race).
